Yes. Through our freight partners we book ocean (FCL or LCL) or air freight from your origin, consolidate multiple suppliers when needed, and carry the shipment through customs, drayage, receiving and fulfillment on one chain — one point of contact from the factory floor to your customer's door.
QOcean or air — which mode should we use?
It depends on your margin and timeline. Ocean FCL/LCL is the lowest cost for planned volume, air freight protects a launch or urgent reorder, and expedited keeps hot inventory in stock. We recommend the right mix and switch modes when it pays off.
QDo you pick up containers from the terminal?
Yes. We coordinate drayage from the LA and Long Beach terminals to our nearby warehouse, booked against your vessel schedule.
QCan imported stock go straight into fulfillment?
That's the whole point. Because drayage, receiving and fulfillment are all in-house, your inventory can be devanned, received by SKU and available to ship without a separate handoff.
QDo you handle food or temperature-sensitive goods?
Yes — we're FDA/FSVP-capable and hold refrigerated and frozen capacity, with lot and expiry control for regulated products.
